General consultation
One or two related concerns, reviewed properly: history, examination, and a written plan you take away. Includes referral letters and sick notes where they are needed.
Autumn flu and travel vaccination clinics are open on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings until late November.

We run a small list on purpose. Every standard consultation is booked for twenty minutes, so there is room to examine, explain and agree a plan before you leave.
Care lanes
Choosing the right lane means your clinician has the time and the room prepared before you arrive. If you are unsure, pick general consultation and we will move the booking for you.
01
One or two related concerns, reviewed properly: history, examination, and a written plan you take away. Includes referral letters and sick notes where they are needed.
02
Dermatoscopic examination of a specific lesion or a full-surface check, with photographs kept on file so change can be measured at your next visit.
03
Cervical screening, contraception reviews and fittings, menopause consultations, and recurrent symptom investigation. Female clinician available on request.
04
Itinerary-based risk assessment, course planning for multi-dose vaccines, antimalarial advice and a printed record for border requirements.
05
Assessment of joint, back and tendon pain with hands-on treatment and a home programme. Follow-ups are shorter and focus on load progression.
06
Sitting down with your blood work, imaging or monitoring results to interpret them in context, decide what to repeat, and set the next review date.
Your visit
Four steps, and most of the preparation happens before you walk in. Knowing the sequence makes a first appointment considerably easier.
Send the form with the lane you want and a rough window. A clinician reads every request and replies by email, usually within one working day.
We ask for any previous records and, where it saves you a second trip, arrange bloods or a swab for the morning of your appointment.
Twenty minutes minimum, in a ground-floor room. Examination, then an explanation in plain language, then the plan agreed out loud before you leave.
A written summary, any prescription sent to the pharmacy you name, and a stated review date so nothing is left to drift.
Who you will see
You can ask for a specific clinician when you request an appointment, and continuity is the default for follow-ups.
General practice · Clinical lead
Works mainly with long-term conditions and complex symptom pictures that have not yet been given a name. Keeps the twenty-minute standard because, in her words, the useful part of a consultation usually arrives in the second half.
Covers
Women’s health & dermoscopy
Runs the screening and contraception clinics and the skin surface checks. Photographs every lesion she examines so that the next appointment compares images rather than memories.
Covers
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Treats back, shoulder and tendon problems, and sees most people who have been told to simply rest. Sends every patient home with a programme written in the language they actually use for their own training.

Questions
If your question is not here, add it to your appointment request and we will answer it in the reply.
No. You can request a first appointment without registering. We collect your details at the visit, and you decide afterwards whether to stay with the clinic for ongoing care.
Once a medication is established, repeats are issued without an appointment and sent to the pharmacy you name. We review the prescription itself at the interval agreed with your clinician — usually every six or twelve months.
Yes, and we also see children in their own right from the age of two. Tell us when you request the slot so we book a room with space for a pram and allow longer.
Yes. Note the language in your request and we will arrange telephone or in-person interpreting before the appointment. Family members are welcome to attend as well, though we will ask to hear directly from you during the examination.
Routine bloods are usually back within three working days, imaging within a week. We contact you either way, including when results are normal, and anything unexpected is discussed in a booked review rather than over a message.
Reply to your confirmation email and we will move it. Cancelling the day before releases the slot for someone on the waiting list, which is the single most useful thing you can do for the clinic.
A chaperone is offered as standard for any intimate examination and is available on request for any other. You may also decline one, and that is recorded in your notes.
Request an appointment
A clinician reads every request. You will receive an email with a proposed slot, and nothing is confirmed until you reply to it.
